Limited to just 1200 bottles this is the inaugural bottling of our limited edition cask releases. Specialist maturation gives this Rum a bold fruity sweetness with decadent richness. The Bourbon casks add citrus and creamyness to the dram finish.
In November 2020, The Outlaw Rum Co. made its debut, originating from the sun-soaked shores of Trinidad but aging gracefully in the heart of Scotland.
We take the finest aged Rum straight from the Caribbean islands, embarking on a journey over swell and through storm to reach the heart of Scottish Whisky country. Here, amidst the bourbon and whisky casks of Scotland's finest single malts, our spirit is left to mature to perfection.
It is this unique maturation process that imparts to Outlaw Rum its complex flavour and rich character. Born of the age-old Caribbean Rum making tradition, our spirit is steeped in the heritage and renown of the Scottish Whisky Trade, resulting in a truly exceptional drinking experience.

NOSE: Very smooth, rich vanilla, touch of toffee and sweetness. Some oak woodiness. Vanilla pronounced with some soft orange and caramel. Light and fresh on the nose.
TASTE:Â Smooth and rich vanilla, citrus to orange - citrus quite strong at the beginning. Orange sugared fruit strong on finish, with creaminess coming through. Light and creamy tasting, with vanilla and sweet, orange and cinnamon baking spice style spicy finish.
