Black Thistle is based in Brechin, in the heart of Angus, a region renowned for producing the finest fruit, vegetables and of course, botanicals. They have hand-pick a finely balanced blend of local and more exotic botanicals for each of their spirits.

This Gin blends a carefully curated selection of key botanicals including locally grown wild Scottish thistles, hand-picked orris root, caraway seeds, wormwood along with green juniper and coriander. Blended with filtered Scottish water to create a traditional gin flavour profile that is both crisp and smooth.
