Established in 1897, Tomatin Distillery found itself in a predicament.  With, the lack of a local workforce posed a challenge, as the area was inhabited by scattered shepherds and cattle drovers. Determined to thrive, the company embarked on a construction project to provide housing for its employees, thus fostering a deep connection between the distillery and the community. This bond has endured over the years, with Tomatin remaining committed to supporting its craftsmen.
