Balvenie - 12 Year Old Doublewood miniature.  Double matured in two casks

First cask: Traditional whisky oak maturation mellows the spirit and builds character. This is the customary practice of other single malt scotch whiskies

Second cask: Original Sherry Oak maturation increases complexity depth and fullness of flavour. This second cask Ageing is at the heart of the Balvenie DoubleWood

Rich, mellow, deep golden malt. Sweet, nutty, fruity with a definite orange note and warm, spicy finish.

A miniature of Balvenie's 12yo DoubleWood. This is finished in fresh sherry casks for an extra layer of richness and complexity.
