Spanning 170 hectares, with a majority devoted to white varieties, including the esteemed Pinot Bianco grapes sourced from the warm town of Penon.
These grapes, ripened late in the high altitudes, yield small yet concentrated fruit, imbuing the Penon with its distinct character.
