Kilchoman Rockside 11 Year Old is a remarkable whisky that embodies the distillery's unique farm-to-bottle philosophy. Produced entirely on Rockside Farm on the west coast of Islay, it is the island's only Single Farm Single Malt, with every stage of production taking place on site. From growing the barley and floor malting, through to peat smoking, distillation, maturation, and bottling, every element of this whisky reflects Kilchoman's uncompromising commitment to provenance and craftsmanship.

Matured for 11 years in a combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks, Rockside 11 achieves an elegant balance between vibrant fruit, gentle sweetness, and the distillery's signature lightly peated style. Peated to 20 parts per million, it offers a softer, more delicate expression of Islay whisky, allowing the character of the barley and cask maturation to shine alongside the subtle maritime smoke.

The nose is fresh and inviting, opening with orange zest, lemon peel, fragrant elderflower, and honeyed sweetness, all wrapped in a delicate veil of coastal smoke. The palate develops beautifully with layers of citrus, tropical fruits, barley sugar, toffee apple, and salted caramel before the gentle peat influence emerges. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving lingering notes of butterscotch, walnuts, juicy citrus, and ripe stone fruits.
