Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry wood has swamped this unassuming little beast with grape, blackberry, and black cherry, with a mouthfeel as thick and oily as coconut butter; its heavy, slightly drying spicy fullness calls to mind mulled wine and raspberry jam on wholemeal toast, while there are also the sugars of bubblegum and Turkish Delight.
