Nose: Layers of cinnamon-dusted apple pie, toasted oak, and sweet vanilla fudge. A touch of clove and ginger spice lingers behind soft orchard fruit.

Palate: Big, bold, and mouth-coating. Expect notes of caramelised banana, nutmeg, and charred oak, with that unmistakable Chinquapin spice kicking in midway. Hints of roasted nuts, orange peel, and dark honey keep it complex and classy.

Finish: Long and warming, with waves of baking spice, peppery oak, and a lovely soft sweetness that fades into rich malt and toasted vanilla.
