Our very own exclusive bottling of a blended (vatted) malt. ‘Cearban’ is Gaelic for ‘basking shark’, after the enormous shark that swims up the west coast of Scotland every autumn, passing many of Scotland’s greatest distilleries as it goes. 70cl 40% ABV
Wholemeal toast with peanut butter, some lime juice and suet dumpling on the nose, giving way to a thick body with stewed fruit, milk chocolate and shortbread biscuits with raisins.
