Single Cask | Cask Strength | Natural Colour & Non-Chill Filtered
This isn’t your everyday GlenAllachie. Glenallachie 2012 Bourbon Barrel Single Cask #2083 is a full-throttle, cask strength Speysider distilled in 2012 and bottled in its prime at 61.3% ABV—untamed, unfiltered, and full of flavour.
Matured exclusively in a 1st-fill bourbon barrel, this dram is a pure expression of GlenAllachie's rich, honeyed spirit, cranked up by the vanilla-sweet intensity of fresh American oak. No sherry influence here—this is crisp, clean, and gloriously golden.

If you love GlenAllachie for its sherry bombs, this one flips the script—leaning into bourbon’s pure, bright, spicy-sweet character with confidence. It’s vibrant, complex, and dangerously drinkable at full strength. A cask pick that showcases the distillery’s core spirit in its rawest, most elegant form.
Get it while you can. Single cask = one barrel, one chance. Once it’s gone, it’s just another legend in the GlenAllachie archives.
Nose: Bursting with vanilla pod, honeycomb, and ripe pear. Creamy fudge and a hint of toasted coconut follow, layered over fresh oak and citrus zest.
Palate: Thick, oily, and unapologetically bold. Buttery shortbread, lemon curd, and white chocolate melt together, before waves of spiced oak, clove, and a dash of pepper heat kick in. Intense, but oh-so-balanced.
Finish: Long, warming, and satisfying. Think vanilla cream, ginger spice, and a final hit of oaky sweetness that sticks with you.
