The nose comes alive with soft campfire smoke, citrus oils, honeyed fruit and a lift of toasted spice. Take a sip and it hits creamy and generous, tropical fruit, vanilla, cocoa, gentle pepper and that signature Cù Bòcan wisp of smoke holding everything in check. The Carcavelos influence brings a wine-rich depth, while the Andean Oak adds earthy grip and structure.

The finish is long, warming and stylish, rolling through dried fruit, oak spice, chocolate-orange notes and a clean, refined smoke. It’s inventive without being outlandish, and unmistakably Highland, but on its own creative wavelength.
