Bottled at a commanding 59.1% ABV, distilled from 100% Scottish barley peated to a staggering 108.2 PPM, and matured in a blend of first-fill bourbon barrels and re‑charred ex-bourbon hogsheads, the 15.1 is the backbone of the Series 15 releases , raw, honest, and unapologetically bold. It’s the standard the rest have to reach for.
Nose: Rich caramel, vanilla custard, orange citrus peel, and charred oak smoke—elegant yet primal
Palate: A blast of ripe mango, banana, apricot jam, vanilla custard and toffee, all layered into intense earthy peat. Subtle salinity emerges with water.
Finish: Lingering smoke, sweet oak char, vanilla spice with fresh marine crispness.
