The 2025 edition of Loch Gorm is a landmark release from Kilchoman, the first time this limited sherry-matured annual has carried a full 10-year age statement. Matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry butts (23 in total: 20 first-fill, 3 refill) from José y Miguel Martín, this whisky is bottled at 46% ABV, natural colour, non-chill filtered.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Caramelised custard tart, roasted coffee, candied ginger.
Palate: Rich layers of honey-roasted figs, cloves, sticky toffee pudding, with subtle smokiness calling to barbecued bananas.
Finish: Long, savoury, earthy tones with smoky peat, balanced by lingering sweet sherry and an undercurrent of oak spice.
