Nose: Aromatic and sweet, there’s peppery vanilla, dried citrus peel and a floral note in with a rich butterscotch character.
Palate: The florals continue with added cherry blossom, and gentle cinnamon spice adds dimension to brown sugar cubes. There’s a oaky toastiness, too.
Finish: Medium length, with more sweet spices adding a drier element.
