Saint Clair Pioneer Block 15 Strip Block Pinot Noir 2022 is a refined Marlborough Pinot Noir that reflects both the pioneering spirit of its producers and the precision of site specific winemaking. Neal and Judy Ibbotson were among the first to recognise the potential of Marlborough, planting vineyards in 1978 and later establishing Saint Clair Family Estate in 1994. Today, their estate spans 160 hectares across ten carefully selected vineyard sites, each chosen for its ability to express unique characteristics and consistently deliver high quality fruit.

The Pioneer Block range focuses on individual vineyard parcels, with Block 15 showcasing the distinct qualities of its location through a focused and expressive Pinot Noir. Sustainably cultivated and backed by the Sustainable Wines of New Zealand certification, the vineyard management prioritises long term health and balance, allowing the fruit to reach optimal ripeness while retaining freshness and structure.
