This sparkling wine presents a pale yellow colour with golden highlights and features fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, it showcases the floral character of Chenin Blanc, the freshness of Chardonnay, and the fruitiness of Cabernet Franc, achieving a unique balance and harmony. The palate is lively with a rich structure that evolves gracefully. It offers beautiful aromatic persistence, with notes of fresh fruit including pear and peach lingering on the finish.
