The Kilchoman 20th Anniversary 15yo Oloroso Cask is an absolute powerhouse — fully matured in Oloroso sherry casks, bottled at natural strength, and brimming with character earned through time, patience, and Islay provenance.
This is one of Kilchoman’s oldest-ever bottlings, and it shows. Rich sherry influence runs deep, with layers of dried fruits, roasted nuts, tobacco leaf, and warming spice — all underpinned by the farm distillery’s unmistakable peated malt and maritime soul.
As with every Kilchoman release, it’s natural colour, non-chill filtered, and bottled with zero compromise. At 52.7% ABV, it packs both power and finesse — a rare combination in modern Islay.

The Kilchoman 20th Anniversary 15 Year Old is a landmark bottling — mature, complex, and unmistakably Islay. A bold tribute to 20 years of distilling with integrity.
Nose: Elegant but intense. Notes of fig jam, polished oak, toasted almonds, and smoky Demerara sugar rise alongside earthy peat and sea air.
Palate: Dense and rewarding. Think molasses, candied orange peel, dark cherry, and rich espresso. The sherry casks bring a warming nutty sweetness, perfectly balanced with Islay smoke and a touch of coastal brine.
Finish: Long, stately, and satisfying. A wave of sherried depth fades into subtle tobacco, dark chocolate, and glowing peat embers.
