Keshcorran is a 14 year old single malt whiskey finished in Hungarian Tokaji casks As with all the First Editions it is limited to 6,600 uniquely numbered bottles, crafted and curated by Billy Walker.

This distinctive whiskey is the third expression of Athrú's 14-year-old single malt. It spent 10 years maturing in ex-bourbon American oak before being finished for 4 years in rare Tokaji sweet wine casks. These exceptional casks, sourced from a historic Hungarian vineyard established in the 1720s for Catherine the Great, impart a unique character to the whiskey. Notably, this vineyard's inception coincided with the construction of Hazelwood House at Lough Gill, Co. Sligo, adding a layer of historical intrigue to each sip.

Notes: green apples and pear. Long, subtle finish of butterscotch and tobacco.

Keshcoran takes its name from the mystical fairy mountain near Sligo, the reputed birth place of King Cormac, the first great High King of Ireland.
