The Infrequent Flyers Glen Moray Ruby Port Finish 2011 is a richly expressive single cask bottling from the Alistair Walker Whisky Company, selected to highlight a more indulgent side of Glen Moray's Speyside spirit. The Infrequent Flyers range is built around whiskies that step beyond familiar distillery styles, giving distinctive casks the opportunity to reveal something unusual, limited and entirely individual.

Distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2026 after 14 years of maturation, this whisky was finished in a Ruby Port cask, adding generous layers of dark fruit, sweetness and spice. Drawn from cask number 2351 and bottled at a natural strength of 56.9% ABV, the release is limited to just 322 bottles.

The nose opens with tangy peach, blood orange and a delicate lift of lime, balanced by dark chocolate-coated nuts and subtle cacao. On the palate, the Port influence becomes fuller and more decadent, bringing thick buckwheat honey, muscovado sugar, figs and ripe apricots. Toasted oak, warming spice and cocoa richness build beneath the fruit, creating a broad, luxurious texture.

The finish is long, velvety and warming, with fig, apricot and dark sweetness gradually fading into chocolate, spice and seasoned oak.

Bottled without chill filtration or added colouring, this is a vivid and highly individual Speyside single malt that captures the adventurous spirit of the Infrequent Flyers collection.
