Glencadam's Master Distiller has specially created Glencadam Reserva de Jerez from Glencadam’s historic dunnage warehouses. He carefully selected single malt distilled in 2007 and initially matured in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak casks.
The single malt in these casks has thenbeen expertly married then finished in the finest Oloroso Sherry butts sourced from Jerez. These Oloroso Sherry butts impart unique flavours, giving depth and complexity to the Glencadam Single Malt. The nose is rich with aromas of praline, roasted nuts, golden syrup, and candied peels. On the palate, you'll find sweet layers of maple pecan Danish, sultanas, milk chocolate, and heather honey. All bound with warming spices. The finish offers warming notes of apple strudel and custard tarts. Before fading into a lingering hint of espresso coffee.
