Edinburgh Gin Seaside

Edinburgh Gin Seaside. Made with foraged shoreline botanicals; sourced marine plants including scurvy grass, ground ivy and bladderwrack to create a gin with distinctive minerality. These are complemented with aromatic spice notes from grains of paradise, coriander and cardamom.

This softly sweet, mineralistic gin uses botanicals that were foraged on beaches around Edinburgh, making the gin reminiscent of a bracing walk on a Scottish beach.

Best served with tonic, a twist of grapefruit, garnish with thyme, and plenty of ice.
