The result is a whisky with a combination of sweetness and rich, sherried flavours.

The influence of 30-year-old Matusalem oloroso sherry casks, in which a proportion of the spirit has spend its final few years, can be tasted in the powerful citrus fruits and bitter orange that combine with the typical Dalmore dark chocolate and roasted coffee bean flavours.
