This influence has imbued every golden drop with sublime sweetness - flavours of apples and pears tumble gently with toffee and oily fruitiness, leading to a strong and spicy finish.

− Finished: 11th November 2019 in Calvados Brandy Casks (for 2 years!)
Nose: Barley sugar, pear drops, toffee apples. Followed by a burst of dates and a floral top note like conifer trees.
Taste: Sweet and fruity, lots of green apple and pear candies. Some signature cereal, oily notes of Bunnahabhain and more toffee mixed with dried fruits.
Finish: Spicy and powerful, then floral on the palate.
Distilled back in 1998, this whisky is aged for 23 years and finished off in a Calvados cask giving it notes of apples and spice
