In the books, James Bond drank Taittinger (as it was creator Ian Flemmingās favourite champagne). In the film version of From Russia With Love, Tatiana Romanovaās glass of the delicious bubbly was spiked with poison. The House of Taittinger subsequently withdrew their involvement.

The Brut RƩserve, the definitive cuvƩe of Champagne Taittinger, is meticulously crafted each year from 95% first pressings of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. To ensure consistency and quality, a proportion of reserve wine is artfully blended into each batch.
Following production, the Brut RƩserve is aged for 3-4 years, allowing the wine to develop depth and complexity while ensuring seamless integration of its component parts.
