Savinelli Lunaria Smooth 316 Pipe

The Savinelli Lunaria Smooth 316 is an unusual and distinctive interpretation of the Dublin, combining an asymmetric half-bent profile with the moon-inspired styling of Savinelli's Lunaria series. Finished in smooth burgundy briar and paired with a grey marbled acrylic stem, it's a pipe that offers something a little different while remaining unmistakably Savinelli.

The 316 is a generously sized Dublin with a particularly pronounced conical bowl, widening towards the rim in classic Dublin fashion. What really distinguishes the shape is its shank. Rather than the conventional round profile, Savinelli uses an unusual triangular form with elliptical influences, creating a striking transition between the bowl and tapered stem. The gentle half bend adds further character while maintaining a comfortable and well-balanced smoking position.

The smooth burgundy finish allows the natural grain of the briar to remain visible, while a bright aluminium ring provides a clean contrast between shank and stem. Completing the Lunaria aesthetic is an acrylic mouthpiece inspired by the colours of the moon, combining swirling shades from light silver-grey through to deep charcoal.
