Purist presents this exciting gin featuring a delicious citrus twist on their standard London Dry. As stated by Purist, it is distilled with up to 3 times more lemon and lime peel than their other gins.

Distiller’s Notes

"Initially there’s a strong citrus zest on the nose, complemented by the familiar backdrop of Juniper. On the palate, Purist Zest is light and smooth but with an undeniably zesty hit of Lemon and Lime. Purist Zest is distilled with up to 3 times as much Lime and Lemon peel as our regular London Dry Gin, which gives it a much more rounded flavour of citrus." Bruce Walker, Distiller and Founder.
