Kentucky Owl St. Patrick's Edition Bourbon Release No. 1 - 70cl, 50% vol.
Inaugural St. Patrick’s Edition Limited Release from Kentucky Owl
Kentucky Owl was founded in 1879 by pharmacist Charles Mortimer Dedman, whose distillery on the banks of the Kentucky River produced ‘The wise man’s bourbon’ for decades. Dixon Dedman, who worked at his family’s Beaumont Inn along Kentucky’s Bourbon Trail, had heard the story of his great-great grandfather’s rise and fall many times, and dreamt of one day bringing back Kentucky Owl.
Dixon’s artfully blended craft bourbons have become a cult sensation. Every batch has sold out almost solely by word of mouth.
Raise a glass to the enduring camaraderie between Irish and Kentucky whiskey-making traditions with the remarkable collaboration between Kentucky Owl and Irish Whiskey Bonder Louise McGuane. Together, they have crafted a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey that pays homage to this historic bond. The St. Patrick’s Edition is a testament to the art of bonding rare whiskey barrels and crafting distinctive flavour profiles, expertly blended by John Rhea, the Master Blender at Kentucky Owl. This limited release stands as a tribute to the shared expertise and craftsmanship that transcend borders, resulting in an exceptional whiskey experience that captures the spirit of collaboration and celebration. Cheers to the fusion of tradition and innovation in every sip of this extraordinary release.
