Distilled in Angus Dundee’s East Highland distillery and matured exclusively in hand-selected American oak bourbon casks, this expression bridges Glencadam’s core range between its dignified 15 and peerless 25 year olds.

Nose: Elegant aromas of pear blossom, dried pineapple, peach, panna cotta and faint baking spice.
Palate: Layers of rice pudding, lemon curd, soft baked peach, creme caramel, warmed by nutmeg and cinnamon. 
Finish: Lingering notes of poached pear, ginger biscuits, apricot Danish, and a gentle, sweet spice fade.

This whisky is beautifully balanced, creamy yet crystalline, fruity yet spiced. It's approachable enough for newcomers but nuanced enough for connoisseure.
