Initially matured for five years in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, the whisky develops a smooth, creamy foundation before being transferred into Italian Amarone wine barriques. This secondary maturation introduces a rich layer of red fruit sweetness, gentle spice, and velvety texture, creating a whisky that is both indulgent and refined.
