Riccitelli Vineyard Selection Cabernet Franc. Matias Riccitelli, the progeny of the esteemed winemaker Jorge Riccitelli of Bodegas Norton, harnessed the wealth of experience, knowledge, and passion bestowed by his father to establish his own winery in 2009. Cultivating 20 hectares across three meticulously chosen sites in the premium Lujan de Cuyo region of Mendoza, Matias spearheads a vibrant and forward-looking venture dedicated to unveiling the complete potential of Argentine terroir.

Situated in the heart of Vistalba, Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza, Riccitelli Wines oversees 20 hectares spanning three distinct vineyards nestled at the base of the Andes Mountains, ranging between 980 and 1120 meters above sea level. Many of these vineyards were planted at the inception of the 20th century, employing traditional cultivation methods that prioritize ecological sustainability and yield high-quality grapes. Meticulous manual harvesting ensures the preservation of grape integrity.

The grapes undergo sorting before being delicately transferred to small concrete tanks equipped with a temperature-controlled system. As a dynamic and youthful undertaking, Matias aspires to articulate the full potential of Argentine terroirs, crafting top-tier wines with unwavering attention and a distinctive personal style—fundamental elements for achieving exceptional quality.
