The barley is sourced from Bellevue Farm, managed by the Currie family, whose crops underlie this release and reflect a deep partnership between farm and distillery. After ten years’ maturation in a blend of first-fill bourbon barrels and second-fill sherry hogsheads, the spirit is bottled at 50% ABV, non-chill-filtered and natural in colour, so you’re getting the genuine character of the liquid.

• Nose: Fresh herbs, light citrus, sweet vanilla and a hint of aniseed.

• Palate: Spicy ginger, biscuity malt, summer fruits, a smooth oily texture with oak and vanilla undertones.

• Finish: Medium-dry with citrus, ginger and aniseed lingering.
