The American Rye Single Cask bottlings from Isle of Raasay feature casks sourced from the renowned Woodford Reserve Distillery in Kentucky. These casks, crafted with a 53% rye mash bill, impart a rich history and a unique flavour profile to our single malt Scotch whisky.

Emulating the original rye whiskeys of history, these casks deliver robust peppery and spicy flavours, complemented by a sea of fruit and butterscotch. The maturation process in these casks develops intriguing layers of pepper, spice, and butter, creating a complex and satisfying tasting experience.
