White Peak Rum

White Peak Rum is a distinctive English rum handcrafted entirely at White Peak Distillery in the heart of Derbyshire. Created from the ground up, it reflects the same spirit of innovation and attention to detail that has made the distillery's whiskies so highly regarded. From fermentation through to distillation, maturation, and bottling, every stage of production takes place on site, resulting in a rum that is unmistakably White Peak.

The journey began in late 2018 with a year-long programme of experimentation as the distillery set out to create a rum with its own unique identity. Built using solidified sugar cane juice imported from South America and blended with traditional molasses, the carefully developed recipe proved such a success during early tastings that it quickly became a permanent part of the White Peak portfolio.

The result is an elegant, fruit-forward rum with remarkable balance and finesse. Rich notes of dried dark fruits lead the way, supported by a smooth, silky texture that coats the palate without becoming heavy.
