White port is a delicious aperitif. It has bright apricot and stone fruit flavours, and a vibrant blossom aroma. It’s delicious chilled and drunk on its own, but also makes a fantastic summer drink when mixed 50/50 with tonic.

They have invested significant time in identifying a high-quality producer in Portugal whose casks they used to mature their whisky. In the meantime, they believe their exceptional liquid should be savoured and enjoyed.

The port is sourced from Martha’s Family Estate, a vineyard with a rich history dating back to the early 18th century. This storied estate has perfected the art of winemaking over centuries, producing exceptional wine from a blend of Malvasia Fina, Viosinho, Gouveio, and Donzelinho grapes. The result is a delightful variation of fresh stone fruits combined with elegant floral undertones, offering a truly exquisite tasting experience.
