The Brick House Commodore Maduro Single Cigar is a bold, generously proportioned Nicaraguan smoke, combining a dark Brazilian Arapiraca wrapper with a rich blend of Nicaraguan tobaccos to deliver an intensely flavoured smoking experience.
Produced by J.C. Newman at the PENSA factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, the Brick House Maduro range builds upon the acclaimed Nicaraguan filler blend used in the original Brick House Classic. The addition of a dark, fermented Brazilian Arapiraca Maduro wrapper introduces a deeper, richer character, balancing earthy intensity and warming spice with a subtle natural sweetness.
Measuring 5½ inches with an impressive 70 ring gauge, the Commodore is a substantial Gordo designed for enthusiasts who appreciate larger cigar formats. Its generous proportions provide a broad smoking surface and encourage a relatively cool, open draw when enjoyed at a measured pace.
The flavour profile opens with dark cocoa, earthy tobacco and black pepper, gradually developing richer notes of espresso and toasted wood. The Maduro wrapper contributes a gentle underlying sweetness, providing balance to the darker, more robust flavours.
Full in strength, with a rich, medium-to-full-bodied flavour profile, the Brick House Commodore Maduro offers a powerful yet balanced combination of earth, spice, roasted coffee and cocoa.
