Introducing the Paul Jaboulet Aîné Parallèle 45 Côtes du Rhône 2023, a celebrated red wine that exemplifies the rich winemaking heritage of the Rhône Valley. Named after the 45th parallel north, which traverses the Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné cellars, this cuvée has been a global favourite since its inception in 1950.
Appellation: Côtes du Rhône
Grape Varieties: A harmonious blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Marselan, and Carignan.
Vine Age: Approximately 40 years, contributing to the wine's depth and complexity.

Serving Temperature: Best enjoyed at 16 to 18°C (60 to 64°F).
Food Pairing: Complements a variety of dishes, including charcuterie platters, moussaka, eggplant parmigiana, grilled and roasted meats, and steak tartare.
