LinGin - London Dry Gin

LinGin is a classic London Dry style gin – using a maceration technique and direct one-shot distillation with the botanicals present in the mix at all times during the distillation pro-cess. No other flavourings, colourings or sweeteners (either natural or synthetic) have been added either during or after the distillation process. LinGin is bottled at 43% Abv.

The nose of this gin presents a clean and fresh aroma, prominently featuring juniper, sweet citrus, and herbal notes. Upon sipping neat, its smoothness is immediately apparent, with no harshness on the throat. The citrus notes take a back seat at this stage, allowing the full spectrum of herbal and meadowsweet flavours to shine through, culminating in a warm and peppery finish.

When mixed with tonic, the sweet citrus notes make a resurgence, transitioning into an earthy and herbal profile as the meadowsweet takes centre stage. This delightful interplay of flavours creates a dynamic and refreshing drinking experience, with each sip revealing new layers of complexity and character.
