The Fidora Amarone Organic 2015 is a premium Italian wine that showcases the traditional winemaking practices of the Veneto region, brought to life through organic methods by one of Italy’s pioneering organic wineries, Fidora.

This red wine is crafted from a blend of 60-65% Corvina, 25-30% Corvinone, and 10% Rondinella grapes, which are carefully dried using the traditional appassimento technique to concentrate the flavours, resulting in a wine of exceptional depth and character.

The Amarone offers a rich and intense profile, with aromas of ripe black cherries, figs, and dark chocolate, underpinned by a beautiful garnet hue. On the palate, it strikes a perfect balance between fruit sweetness, vibrant acidity, and firm tannins. Aged for four years in French oak barrels and then bottle-aged, this Amarone develops a complexity that enhances its flavour profile.

With an ABV of 16%, the Fidora Amarone Organic 2015 pairs wonderfully with rich, hearty dishes like roast duck, braised meats, and blue cheese-based appetizers.
