Tasting Notes
Aromas with hints of nutmeg, baked ripe figs, sultanas, and black cherries. On the palate, you'll find flavours of fruit cake, toasted almonds, and cinnamon, balanced by the zestiness of oranges and mandarins, complemented by manuka honey, muscovado sugar, baked apricots, and a touch of white pepper. The finish is creamy and spicy, with notes of dark chocolate, walnuts, and dark fruit compote.
