In a bold move in 2017, the spirit was re-casked into Pomerol wine casks sourced from Bordeaux’s Right Bank, marking the first-ever encounter of Port Charlotte spirit with Pomerol cask influence. The result is a unique single malt Scotch whisky that unfolds with enticing notes of sweet and tart dark berries, complemented by subtle hints of leather.
